Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all our digital products, including mockups, editable book covers, digital coloring pages, and more. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- Request Submission: You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligibility: Refunds are applicable if:
- The product is not as described.
- There are technical issues that prevent you from using the product.
- The product does not meet your expectations despite following all provided instructions.
How to Request a Refund

- Review Process: Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and may ask for additional information to process your request.
- Decision: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing.
- Download Issues: Issues related to downloading the files that can be resolved with our support team.
- Compatibility Issues: Incompatibility with your software or hardware, as all our products are provided with detailed specifications and requirements.
- Unauthorized Use: If the product has been used or distributed without authorization.
